Non-destructive testing includes several techniques to inspect materials without causing damage. This tool is invaluable in weld inspections, in-place inspections, and failure analysis of steel structural components. GeoTek NDT technicians have received Level II certification and are American Welding Society Certified Weld Inspectors (CWI).

GeoTek has established a procedure in accordance with SNT-TC-1A-2001 for qualification and certification of non-destructive testing personnel. This procedure establishes the minimun requirements for the qualification and certification of its non-destructive testing personnel performing Ultrasonics (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), and Visual Testing (VT).
